RECAP: AAU Basketball Easter Classic

The weekend of April 19-21 was another successful event for the boys AAU basketball teams. The 2019 AAU boys Easter Classic saw 289 teams, approximately 3,815 athletes participated in the three-day tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports.

ORLANDO, Fla. – The weekend of April 19-21 was another successful event for the boys AAU basketball teams. The 2019 AAU boys Easter Classic saw 289 teams, approximately 3,815 athletes participated in the three-day tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Pool play started on Friday, April 19 with single elimination bracket play on Saturday.
Seventy-six teams were awarded over the weekend, and 38 first-place teams received congratulatory mini basketball hoops.
